Cooking: interesting variations in dessert

 I was watching a talented young man cook up some interesting apple dishes. The last one was with cottage cheese creamed. I often thought about doing this since there's more protein in cottage cheese then other products. Plus, it would be cheaper to buy then cream cheese. I thought about doing this and adding powdered sugar to make it sweet and thicker. This  young man did it and I must say it looked delicious. You might want to check him out here .
